Our client operates in the healthcare industry, providing medical services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in handling the full scope of payroll-related tasks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports promptly and accurately.
- Process monthly payroll transactions.
- Oversee work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
- Manage HRIS, including employee records, leave, attendance, and entitlements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of government claims (e.g., childcare, maternity/paternity leave, NS claims, income tax).
- Manage the doctor’s roster.
- Provide advice and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Assist the HR Manager with performance appraisals.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Help organize company-wide events and activities.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines and the Employment Act.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
