Our client is a FMCG Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Accounting Manager (6-month contract) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare financial forecasts, including sales, costs, and cash flow.
- Ensure reports are completed and submitted to management on time.
- Supervise daily accounting tasks.
- Ensure timely collections from customers within credit limits.
- Ensure supplier payments are made promptly, reviewing banking documents (e.g., Letters of Credit, invoice financing, etc) as needed.
- Responsible for issuing Purchase Orders and verifying accuracy in accounting records.
- Review and submit GST filings.
- Ensure efficient stock movement through report reviews.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, secretaries, and banks.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 5 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Accounting policies & procedures is a bonus
- Knowledgeable/experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a bonus.
