Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare raw fish with precision and care.
- Slice ingredients into uniform strips.
- Create sushi rice with consistent texture and shape.
- Manage the storage of fruits, vegetables, and proteins, including crab, eel, salmon, and tuna.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies.
- Handle the restocking of ingredients as needed.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B or Hospitality environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations for restaurants.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude is essential.
- Ability to work split shifts as required.
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week, 44 hours
- Salary up to $3300 (depends on experience) + Bonus
