Job duties:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all visitors.
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, directing them as needed.
- Refreshments: Ensure refreshments are available for guests.
- Waiting Area Management: Direct guests to the waiting area until personnel arrives.
- Visitor Escorting: Escort or guide guests to specific areas as required.
- Notification: Inform company staff of visitor arrivals via Teams messenger.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean reception area by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Supplies Management: Replenish and ensure adequate stocks of stationery, pantry, and miscellaneous items.
- Storage Cleanliness: Keep the storeroom and stationery cupboards clean and organized.
- Service Coordination: Liaise with office services, such as cleaning and maintenance providers.
- Correspondence Handling: Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, routing calls as necessary.
- Courier Liaison: Coordinate with courier personnel regarding inquiries from stakeholders.
- New Joiner Welcome Packs: Issue welcome packs for new employees.
- Locker Management: Oversee the management of lockers.
- Mail Management: Collect letters from the mailbox, sort, and distribute mail on a weekly basis.
- Courier Coordination: Manage courier services (DHL, local courier) and provide mailroom support.
- Administrative Assistance: Support various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required.
