The role involves managing, monitoring, and supporting critical capital market applications used by the front office, back office, and risk departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise application processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage incidents and service requests, providing timely resolutions and updates.
- Collaborate with build and ops teams to enhance system monitoring capabilities.
- Prepare knowledge base documentation for efficient problem-solving and incident prevention.
- Analyze data quality reports and ensure timely delivery of monthly risk chain reports.
You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for capital markets and a strong technical background.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in application support within capital markets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of market data tools like Asset Control, Bloomberg, Reuters.
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as ITRS Geneos and Elastic Search.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
