Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all relevant operating processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issues.
- Plan orders to meet customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
- Gather data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
- Manage cycle count administration.
- Ensure that all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed promptly and efficiently.
- Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Implement process improvement initiatives.
- Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive.
- Lift goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to carry heavy objects and able to manage job tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external customers.
