Job Responsibilities:
- Take meeting minutes
- Compile reports
- Prepare case lists for review
- Coordinate schedules with both internal and external parties
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Process Development: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing processes, policies, and operations for fostering agencies.
- Fostering Service Support: Help manage the administration and logistics of initiatives for foster children and foster parents.
- Record Management: Maintain administrative and financial records and filing systems.
- Team Updates: Provide updates to the team regarding payment and audit tasks.
- Inter-agency Coordination: Coordinate and participate in discussions across agencies and branches.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or minute-taking.
