Job Responsibilities:

  • To help support the administrative processes for various admissions exercises, applications and enrolment /events for Ngee Ann Poly


Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum A level
  • Good team player
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • IT savvy
  • Preferred those have experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills


Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm; Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • 42 hours per week


This is an hourly-rated temporary appointment.
