A Pre-sales Executive supports the sales process by acting as a technical advisor, collaborating with sales teams, and providing product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bid teams in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs and tenders.
- Provide technical support to the Business Development team in both direct and reseller channels.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams and clients, emphasizing the company’s value proposition.
- Handle tender responses by addressing technical and functional requirements.
- Stay updated on company products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain operational software for demos and ensure up-to-date messaging.
- Assist in updating sales materials in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
Other Information:
- Relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Preferred certifications: PKI, CCNA, ITIL, CCIE, POS, CCNP, PMP, DPS, ACDX.
- Strong skills in Linux/UNIX, security best practices, and ICT project lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
