Responsibilities:
- Responding to daily log in after sales service calls
- Planning of daily service schedule for technicians
- Prepare quotation
- Monitoring spare parts inventory
- Arranging schedule for preventive maintenance
- Other administration duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer oriented.
- Proactive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
