Job Description:
- Deliver technical support for the operation and maintenance of GTCC power plant systems.
- Identify and resolve issues with turbines, auxiliary systems, and operational failures.
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).
- Analyze operational data to pinpoint risks and propose effective solutions, with assistance from remote and local teams.
- Lead investigations into operational failures and conduct thorough root cause analyses.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- More than 10 years of experience in the power or process industries, particularly with GTCC or rotating equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and adept troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Long-Term Service Agreements and the maintenance of GTCC power plants or in field service roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer-facing positions.
