Job Duties:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and panel members.
- Candidate Communication: Provide candidates with necessary details and logistics for their interviews.
- Shortlisting Candidates: Assist in the shortlisting process for MSF roles.
- Logistics Support: Handle administrative tasks related to interviews, including room bookings and updating interview calendars.
- Test Administration: Administer written tests and conduct reference checks.
- Database Management: Maintain databases, including internal job advertisements.
- Project Involvement: Participate in ongoing initiatives, projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proactive attitude with strong multi-tasking capabilities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other scheduling tools.
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in interview coordination or administrative support is a plus.
