IT Engineer Scope of work:
· Provide technical support on software and hardware of company devices, equipment and systems such as staff laptops and desktops, server, SAP system etc.
· Manage, monitor and maintain company server and IT-related systems, and ensure these are always in good working condition and with up to date security protection.
· Provisioning, installation, implementation and operation of any IT-related hardware and software required by the company.
· Manage, monitor and maintain company website, and perform timely updates with relevant news and marketing information.
· Liaise with head office in Germany on IT and other topics in English.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve IT-related issues.
· Identify and propose changes and improvements for, but not restricted to, company IT setup, ERP system etc to improve working efficiency and streamline processes.
· Work closely with stakeholders to promote company brand image online.
· Creative planning and implementation of content for company website and other online platforms with the goal of improving company brand recognition and online presence.
· Identify and propose changes and improvements for, but not restricted to, company website and marketing efforts.
· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior and management.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
· Mininum 1 year of working experience in IT support related experience.
· Proficient in Windows technical troubleshooting.
· Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP.
· Good command of English, both written and spoken.
