Responsibilities
- Determine the gaps in training so that annual training plans can be developed and carried out in compliance with the mission and guidelines of the company.
- Create, maintain, and curate coaching materials in accordance with the policies and training schedules of the company.
- Conduct in-house programs and active coaching to identified stakeholders.
- Come up with a unique plan of action for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Training and Development experience
- Experience in training customer service staffs.
- Retail experience is a plus point
