Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle BYD Vehicles, Net Promoter Score. This include but not limited to:
- Analyze customer complaints, and refine product and service improvement points.
- Regularly produce analysis reports, report to the company, and provide decision-making direction for the company.
- Establish customer complaint handling standards and processes, track the progress of dealer complaint handling, and evaluate the closed-loop handling effect.
- Conduct research & survey on customers, distributors and their aftersales.
- Score & compare performance, analysis sector & propose improvement.
- Provide an overview of BYD NPS landscape.
- Conduct NPS operation check.
- Manage NPS database.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business management, marketing, business administration or engineering.
- 5 years working experience in automotive distributor/dealer environment.
- Conversant with Microsoft office, words, excel, power point etc.
- Those with software and IT knowledge is preferred.
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken/written).
