Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to lead and optimize the product operations function in our fast-paced wholesale trading business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving process improvements to enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction. The Product Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, sales, and customer service, to align product operations with business objectives and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely availability of products to meet customer demand.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient stock replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and ensuring timely product deliveries.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams to align operations with business goals and drive product success.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in product operation. - Fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, supply chain, or inventory management within a wholesale trading environment.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and supply chain processes.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills:
