Job Overview:

Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a HR Performance Manager to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Management:

  • Design and implement effective performance management processes that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop performance metrics and evaluation tools to assess employee performance and drive accountability.

Coaching and Development:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
  • Support employees in setting and achieving performance goals through feedback and development plans.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IHL to facilitate collaboration on training and development programs.
  • Engage with academic institutions to identify potential talent pipelines and opportunities for partnership.

Execution of HR Initiatives:

  • Drive the execution of HR initiatives related to performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for performance management processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on performance management outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on performance management and employee development.
  • Strong coaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge of performance management best practices and relevant HR metrics.
