Main Duties and Responsibilities
As the Resort’s Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be ensuring a seamless guest experience from their arrival to departure. You will be managing their appointments and maintaining the operation for our Spa is smoothly carried out.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet our guests with a friendly smile and assist with their appointments.
- Manage spa bookings and appointments using the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guests with information about spa services, treatments, and packages, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Handle phone inquiries and email communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of spa products and promotions to effectively assist guests.
- Assist with inventory management and supplies for the reception area.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Support promotional events and marketing initiatives within the spa.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of similar experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort or spa setting.
- Able to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and organizational and skills, with strong focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in spa and wellness will be advantageous.
