Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on event management and influencer sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to organize, host, and participate in both local and international events, while building and maintaining relationships with influencers, partners, and guests. This role requires exceptional communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work cross-functionally with design teams to ensure engaging event promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, conferences, and international events. This includes end-to-end event logistics, from invitations to on-the-ground execution.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influencers, ensuring their participation in key events and marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at global conferences, network with industry leaders, and contribute to international marketing strategies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Proactive member of events team, providing ideas and feedback beyond marketing elements of event.
- Write compelling copy for all promotional materials.
- Serve as main point of contact, handle queries and provide advice to stakeholders
- Managing vendor relationship in terms of both monetary budget and quality
Requirements:
As a Marketing Specialist, you should ideally possess the following
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing for B2B events, particularly for large conferences.
- Educated to degree level or higher.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends for B2B events.
- Strong copy writing skills.
- Great attention to details.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
