- 5 Days|8 hour Rotating Shift
- Weekday：7am to 3pm or 130pm to 930pm
- Weekend / PH: 715am to 315pm or 10am to 6pm
- Salary: Basic $2,000
- Address: Clarke Quay
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in customer service and/or sales
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins
- Building rapport with new and existing members
- Handling payments when required
- Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members
- Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ
- Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries
- Actively seeking new sale opportunities
- Maintaining studio's cleanliness
- Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors
- All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager
