MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Offline & Online

We are seeking for a Marketing Executive for Kai Residences, an confinement care centre situated at the vicinity of Newton.


Our Requirements:

  1. Diploma / Degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role will be advantages.
  3. Good interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong problem solving and resourceful
  6. Able to work independently and self-motivated
  7. Willing to learn attitude, adaptable.

Job Descriptions for Marketing Executive (Offline & Online)

  • Creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Analysing online trends and identifying opportunities for brand positioning in the
  • digital space.
  • Optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conducting keyword research to drive organic traffic.
  • Managing digital communication with past customers and prospects.
  • Managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Creating engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) to drive audience engagement.
  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns on social platforms (Facebook / Instagram ads).
  • Develop content strategy, for all online/offline material.
  • Designing and sending email campaigns, newsletters, and automated marketing messages.
  • Track website traffic and online campaign performance.
  • Analysing data to determine ROI on digital marketing efforts.
  • Preparing performance reports and suggesting improvements.
  • Updating and maintaining the company’s website backend regularly, on updates and ensuring a seamless user experience in mobile optimization, quick loading time, and user-friendly navigation.
  • Optimizing product listings and driving traffic to the online store.
  • Managing e-commerce page on website, checking on orders status from time to time throughout the day.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and monitoring affiliate marketing strategies, optimizing programs to increase sales.
  • Identifying appropriate business partners for brand leverage / collaborations.
  • Event Coordination- Plan and manage company quarterly events, as well as other ad-hoc events with external partners.
  • Require to coordinate, support and work well with all other departments / teams in the company as and when needed.
