Marketing Campaign Management & General Marketing:
- Preparing marketing-related presentations and reports whenever necessary.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
- Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship and database Requirements
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of brand campaigns.
- Assist in the set up and reporting of media buys across Social Ad (Facebook/Instagram), Search, Display and Video ad campaigns
- Develop innovative marketing plan/strategy for the jewellery business.
- Create engaging and creative social media content across platforms (eg. Instagram, Tik Tok etc.)
- Manage, monitor, track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Idealise content for marketing communication deliverables on touchpoints including print, digital, and social, which are on-brand and drive intended call-to-action.
- Develop and implement content on social media channels covering Singapore market (also other countries from where tourists are coming to Singapore) to maximize engagement.
- Prepare reports that tracks and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts (ROI) to make recommendations for future better improvements
- Monitor and share new and latest digital marketing trends for business considerations.
- Prepare SMS, E-mails and Whatsapp messages to customers periodically to boost sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement the company’s member loyalty cum reward program to drive brand engagement and loyalty.
- Explore partnerships to enhance the company’s membership offerings.
- Work closely with agency to plan and develop regular e-mailer communications to members and newsletter subscribing base to drive conversion and spend for omni-channels to ensure customers with a fully integrated shopping experience.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience in multi-brand, retail and campaign marketing
- Experience in Digital Marketing, social media, Content development and Community management
- Have a can-do-attitude to strive for excellence at work
- Able to work and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Resourceful, Creative, efficient, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Bilingual Indian languages (optional).
- Effective project management skills
- Basic designing/edit skills with Adobe Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop (optional)
- Basic photography and videography skills (optional)
- Dynamic, energetic and passionate to exceed sales targets
