Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match with the client requirements.
- Acquire new clients through business development/cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Attained CEI Certification preferred.
- Preferably 1 years of proven track records in recruitment sales or other sales experiences.
- Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting processes.
- Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
