- Working Location: Tuas (short walking distance from MRT)
- Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)

Responsibilities:
- Manage quality operations and activities to support the plant.
- Leading and mentoring the quality team.
- Ensure the quality management system are maintained within the company and ISO standards.
- Ensure the document control system is maintained to support plant requirements.
- Develop policy and procedures to support business goals.
- Analyse quality data and report results to meet the plant objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and involve in continuous improvement projects.
- Responsible for investigation related to supplier’s parts issues and customer complaints.
- Responsible for supplier quality and provide support to the onboarding process of new vendors or suppliers.
- Lead supplier audits and customer audit activities.
- Manage supplier quality issues with timely resolution and effective corrective action.
- Work closely with cross functional teams, determine root cause analysis and develop preventive actions.
- Interact with development team and project team related to new products development.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Engineering or Science.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Strong leadership experience, ability to supervise and mentor quality team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and multi-tasking.
- Ability to meet project timeline.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels within the organisation.
- Prior experience with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.
- Excellent communications skills.
- May need to travel up to 1-2 times a year for supplier audits, plant visits or meetings.
