You will be responsible for the following broad areas:
• Professional Education
- Work with Clinical Directors and HODs to lead and drive (from conceptualization to execution) scientific education symposiums for transplant professionals;
• Public Education
- Partner with institutions/ societies/ organisations for outreach programmes to raise awareness;
• External and Internal Communications
- Plan and develop, execute comms strategies to profile positively through the various media (including social media, mass media, collaterals, etc)
- To write well and build content for the all publicity material
- Work closely with internal Comms team for both internal and external communication channels - including collateral development and production, media monitoring and management;
• Department’s Events / Activities
- Organise and support the department’s events and activities as well as help manage the department’s corporate contents on website and social media; and
• Work independently, supervise and appraise staff performance and promoting professional development of the team members under their supervision.
- Guide and mentor junior staff.
- Disseminate and implement hospital’s policies & procedures.
