Responsibilities:
- Manage QMS and OHSMS.
- Review and update policies and objectives.
- Implement quality standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Manage third-party certifications.
- Coordinate with departments for audits.
- Follow up on post-audit activities.
- Manage document control.
- Support procedure reviews and updates.
- Identify and organize training.
- Conduct inspections.
- Prepare inspection reports.
- Liaise with clients and surveyors.
- Manage non-conformances.
- Create and review Risk Management Plans.
Required Skills:
- ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 45001 safety expertise.
- 4+ years of experience in related fields: Shipbuilding/ Construction/ Interior Design
- Technical skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Leadership skills.
