We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Tender) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing tender submissions specifically for interior design projects and managing the associated cost evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Preparation: Prepare comprehensive tender submissions for interior design projects, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
- Quotation Management: Call for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and evaluate the received quotations for compliance with tender drawings and specifications.
- Pricing: Accurately price tenders related to interior design, ensuring all costs are accounted for and aligned with project budgets.
- Costing Preparation: Develop detailed cost estimates for interior design projects, focusing on commercial aspects and ensuring competitiveness.
- Quantity Measurement: Conduct quantity measurements for materials and labor, providing accurate data to support tender submissions and project planning.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in quantity surveying, specifically in the tendering process for interior design projects.
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of tendering processes and pricing strategies.
