Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Actively generate and qualify warm leads by reaching out to potential customers on Telegram and pulling them into our Groupbuy group chat.
• Customer Engagement: Chat directly with customers in the group, answering questions, providing product information, and creating a friendly and helpful environment.
• Product Advisory: Advise potential customers on the best broadband plans based on their needs, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team by passing along high-quality leads for them to follow up and finalize the sale.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning Singtel as the go-to provider for broadband services.
• Ambassadorship: Act as a knowledgeable representative, maintaining a professional image and embodying the company’s values in every interaction.
• Reporting: Track and report on lead generation efforts, customer interactions, and sales conversions, providing valuable insights to improve the lead generation process.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Customer Service or Sales: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Telegram Proficiency: Familiarity with Telegram and experience in using it as a platform for customer engagement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills to engage and build rapport with customers in a professional yet approachable manner.
• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of broadband plans and telecommunications services (experience with telco products is a plus).
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards lead generation and sales conversion targets.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
