We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a project architect, demonstrating leadership and expertise in delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects, overseeing all phases from initial concept through to construction completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Enscape.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project alignment and compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure project compliance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education:Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies of equivalent standing, such as the Board of Architects (BOA).
- Experience:Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience as a project architect.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Enscape.
Proven experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction.
