Responsibilities
Manage and execute the company projects which covers:
1. Oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
2. Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
3. Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
4. Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project
5. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
6. Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system
7. Give direction base MEP/DfMA Drawing (Revit, autacag, IFC & etc)
8. Manage Sub-contractors' submission of method of statements, drawing, materials, mock-up and work progress follow accordingly to company direction
9. Ensure all the method of statements to be submit accordingly
10. Identify and resolve issues that arise in projects effectively
11. Follow the KPI closely given by your Supervisors
12. Lead a team of project staff & subcontractors
13. Plan and develop project idea
14. Communication with Email and Microsoft Teams
15. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Certified.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in built environment
