Job Descriptions
- Monitor and verify product quality and product specification checklist.
- Monitor and verify hygiene and sanitation checklists.
- Carry out sampling and inspection on incoming raw materials.
- Monitor critical part/ area in the processing plant.
- Issue product defect notification for any new incoming, old stocks, or any unknown products.
- Help out with the production line if required.
- Attend courses and training if required.
- Follow GMP, Quality, and Safety practices.
Job Requirements
- Entry-level candidates with a background in Food Science, Technology, Quality or Singapore Muis Halal Quality Management System (HalMQ) certified are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience such as handling related job scope
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Active team player
- Willing to learn
- Familiar with the production line.
- Able to work independently, good reporting skills and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
