Responsibilities:
- Verify daily sales data in the Japan Daily Order Report and process orders using the Rakuraku system.
- Provide pricing and account information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to pricing, account details, and product satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assess customer issues and navigate multiple systems to deliver accurate and timely responses.
Requirements:
- Mini Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanese (As you are require attending to Japanese speaking client)
Details:
- Location: Near Labrador Park MRT Station
- Salary: Up to $4100
- Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
