We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in space planning, design consultancy, and project management, with proficiency in various design software.
Key Responsibilities
- AutoCAD Drawings: Create and provide AutoCAD space planning and isometric drawings, along with construction, elevation, detailed, and shop drawings.
- 3D Visualizations: Develop 3D Max drawings and renderings to visualize design concepts effectively.
- Design Consultancy: Prepare design briefs and offer consultancy services to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Presentations: Create sample boards and presentation boards for design proposals and client meetings.
- Client Interaction: Attend sales meetings alongside sales personnel, communicating directly with clients to discuss and revise drawings as needed.
- Cost Estimation: Provide accurate costings of materials for client quotations, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, including emails, correspondence, and quotations.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients and contractors regarding fabrication designs, delivery schedules, and overall project management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of space planning and construction detailing.
