● General overview and running the projects of the company.
● Perform due diligence & forecasts of of potential projects with CFO & production team
● Provide decision-making on green-lighting projects
● Once projects are green lit taking the lead of projects
● Build project timelines and assign roles and responsibilities
● Lock in any 3rd party vendors with project scope.
● Execute & deliver projects to the highest quality.
● Tight control of P&Ls and budgets for each project
● Review, assess and debrief each project and learnings to be taken into account for the next projects
