Job Scope:

· Responsible for counter duties, handle general students' queries and answer phone calls promptly.

· Office administration.

· Any ad hoc duties assigned as deem fit by the Chair’s Office.


Working Arrangement:

Salary: $14/H

Location: Nanyang Ave

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays

8.30am to 5.45pm, Monday to Thursday

8:30am to 5.15pm, Friday


Contract Duration: 18 Nov 2024 to 6 Dec 2024


Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles
  • Basic Microsoft application skills
