Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Operations Manager in planning and assigning jobs to workers
· Manage phone enquires, email correspondence and follow up.
· To coordinate and assist with sales activities, including sales queries, correspondence, order processing, pricing, product availability, purchase orders, warranty tracking
· Handle quotations, invoices, and contracts
· Inventory management, logistics support and coordination to ensure sufficient supply of materials and products
· Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, clients and internally for delivery arrangements
· Coordinate all internal administrative, logistics and operational elements as well as liaise with our clients' project personnel to prepare, execute, and fulfil project deliverables and schedule
· Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
· Minimum SPM / GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any field
· No prior experience required. Open to people who are eager to learn and grow
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, able to apply VLOOKUP has added advantage)
· Good organisation and interpersonal skills
· Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules.
· A high-level individual who is independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset
· Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Independent team player with the ability to multi-task
· Attention to details and good administrative skills
· Good communication skills
