- Responsible for business development through corporate tie-ups. The position would be required to identify key corporates and right contact points within that corporate.
- The executive would be responsible for the execution of the whole programme to ensure new admissions, continuity of the communication with the corporate and relevancy of the tie-up.
- Some of the specific responsibilities include:
- Exceeding the admission goal of the school
- Being highly responsive and pro-active in all customer facing tasks
- · Making sure that all potential customers are delighted with their experience of GIIS regardless of whether they choose GIIS or not
- Elegantly managing relationship with the corporates
- Organise all aspects of the Corporate programme- Developing list of corporate, sharing relevant communications, developing platforms to keep the engagement on
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally as required
- Any other ad hoc responsibility assigned by the reporting manager.
- Identify and targets the leads through Scholarship program
- Follow up with all leads which come in on GSF page.
- Answer all parent queries on scholarships via all our communication channels
- Co- ordinate with prospects via mails and calls to fill in details on the scholarship form.
- Ensure all documents are uploaded by them correctly and as per our scholarship eligibility criteria.
- The individual needs to have some understanding checking an ITR document and past school grade sheets for its authenticity or coordinate with accounts team for the same.
- Create a file for each case and share it with the respective departments for their timely approval.
- Send out offer letters and get the deeds signed
- Move all these scholarship cases final enrolments via one-on-one counselling
- Co- ordinate GCS (only Singapore entries) with the India team until student pass is done and IPA is received
- Maintain all scholarship data and generate MIS reports
