Basic Salary: $2,200- $2,500
Job Requirements:
•Proficient in AutoCAD.
•Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Job Scope:
•Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents.
•Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
•Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
•Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
•Purchasing and inventory management.
