Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles and seniority levels.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio, fostering lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their culture, goals, and organizational structure for effective job scoping.
- Conduct candidate screening and align profiles with client requirements.
- Conduct interviews and present suitable candidates to clients.
- Place strategic job advertisements for effective talent acquisition.
- Deliver prompt and professional services to maintain client satisfaction and drive sales revenue.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to administrative procedures and maintain updated reporting systems.
