Working Location: Jurong Island
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review of quality procedures including Static and Rotating Equipment procedures.
· Preparation of Inspection and Test plan for Static and Rotating Equipment according to the client specification and code requirements.
· Sound Inspection Knowledge on Static and Rotating Equipment, which includes Equipment Preservation Monitoring, Equipment Foundation take over from other discipline (includes verification of anchor bolts, elevation etc.,), Alignment (includes laser alignment, Manual alignment) and piping interconnecting with equipment and grouting etc., as per requirements.
· Co-ordination with vendor, Client/Owner and third party (MOM, BCA, etc.,)
· Monitoring the QC Activities.
· Coordinating with client's project inspection unit and the subcontractor for necessary inspection for witness and hold points.
· Test pack preparation and co-ordination.
· Preparation, review and submission of final dossier as per client requirements.
· Any Other related Duties.
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Degree.
· Minimum (Degree-3&Diploma-5) Years Experience in construction field.
