We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SERDES Analog Design Manager to lead our team in the design of advanced analog mixed-signal circuit blocks. This role requires a solid understanding of a wide range of analog and mixed-signal components, as well as a deep knowledge of high-speed digital circuits and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of analog mixed-signal circuit blocks, including but not limited to:Bandgap references and bias circuits
LDO regulators, amplifiers, and comparators
Switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, and filters
Tx/Rx equalization techniques such as de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE, and CDR architecture - Oversee high-speed digital circuit design, including serializers, deserializers, counters, and dividers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog and digital designs into comprehensive systems.
- Ensure designs meet performance specifications and adhere to industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:Solid understanding and hands-on experience in designing analog mixed-signal circuits, particularly in advanced processes (down to 3nm).
Extensive experience with FinFET, SOI, and bulk CMOS technologies. - Technical Skills:Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, Hspice/Spectre, and static timing analysis tools (e.g., Nanotime).
In-depth knowledge of high-speed interface protocols, including PCIe, USB, SATA, DDR, and LPDDR.
Experience with high-speed serial and parallel circuits.
