Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment services.
- Cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
- Develop strategies to engage and attract new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate terms of service agreements and contracts with clients.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and HR teams to understand the talent pool and match client needs.
- Ensure a smooth transition from business development to recruitment delivery, coordinating efforts across teams.
