You will provide operational and administrative support to (i) Chief Operating Officer(‘COO’), (ii) Assistant Director, Clinical Support Operations, (iii) Head, Ambulatory Services and (iv) Deputy Head, NSOC, including managing improvement processes and projects, delivering high standards of efficiency, service and quality patient care in alignment with the strategic objectives of NNI.
You will undertake service improvement, innovative and transformational projects that are aligned with NNI’s strategies, ensuring that projects meet the set objectives and timelines are met.
Requirements
- Recognized degree with at least 3-4 years' working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent project management and good interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, ability to exercise initiative and work independently.
