Job Responsibilities
- Lead Design Activities: Oversee and manage design tasks to meet all contractual requirements and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Team Supervision: Guide and supervise the design team, ensuring accurate and compliant drawings.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with other departments to align design efforts with project needs and statutory regulations.
- Structural Integrity: Provide robust structural analysis and calculations to guarantee design integrity.
- Drawing Quality: Ensure all drawings are practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and are profitable.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Handle any additional tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Architectural, Civil, Construction Engineering or related.
- Min 5 + years in AutoCAD, Revit ; formal BIM training in large – mega projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
