Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits program including insurance plan/welfare program and company events
- Administer manage specific modules for SAP-SF HRIS (leave)
- Assist with business traveling arrangement and coordination while adhering to business travel policy.
- Coordinate Executive events and functions.
- General administration duties and ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, GCE 'N'/'O' level or Diploma in Business Administration/HR
- Experience in overseas travel bookings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous and conscientious.
- Strong written & interpersonal skills
- Proactive individual with good planning & organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
