- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new customers through various channels, not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust relationships with all personnel who have buying influence within our customers' organizations.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process for our valued customers.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, positive attitude, and adaptable. Self-Motivated, strong goal-oriented mindset and ability to autonomously drive customer development and business expansion.
- At least 2 years of sales or engineering experience.
- Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bilingual proficiency in reading and writing English and Mandarin is a must. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel overseas.
- A good network with PCBA/EMS/OEM is an advantage.
