Nursing Administrative Executive

To support the Nursing Department, by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and secretarial tasks.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Nursing.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Manage and update calendars for department staff, ensuring no conflicts in schedules.
  • Input, update, and retrieve data from departmental databases.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment for the Nursing Department.
  • Process orders for supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist nursing staff with administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions and department meetings.


Requirements

  • NITEC in Office Skills, Business Administration, or relevant studies.
  • At least 2 years of experience, in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in healthcare or nursing homes.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare administration is advantageous.
  • Able to handle confidential information and managing of calendars.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.


Working Hours & Location

  • West Area, West Coast
  • 8am - 530pm, 5 Days work week
