Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Office and IT Administrative Team, with the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
- Support planning and logistics when hosting local/overseas guests
- Support Investor Relations and Communications department for printing of presentation packs and hosting of company events
- Assist in business travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, and negotiate corporate rates agreements.
- In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
- Facilitate as IT administrator and liaise with IT Helpdesk
- Perform Receptionist duties as an alternate to Main Receptionist.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience of relevant working experience
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
- Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
- Organized, meticulous and possess a strong sense of urgency
- Responsible, pleasant and approachable
- Ability to work under pressure
