Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment full process.
• Manage and handle Work Pass applications/renewals.
• Preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters.
• Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll (headcount 80) and seeking approval from Management.
• Administer company’s HR system.
• Assist Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system.
• Annual employees' income submission to IRAS (IR8A).
• Facilitate training coordination and admin for employees.
• Support company events and festive decorations.
• Handle adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Good verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with the Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Min 3 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in employment act and labour legislation.
• A team player, interpersonal skill, knowledgeable in employment act and labour legislation.
• Candidates to serve short notice is advantageous.
