Main Responsibilities:
• Liaising with customer or agents for the air freight / sea freight operation and customer service matters
• Support / co-ordinate with customer service team and sales team in searching for the contractor’s cost for
trucking / shipping liners / airliners etc.
• Complete documentations including billing invoice.
• Full operations handling on Air & Ocean freight’s import / export
• Input all the air freight / sea freight shipments data / billing into Operational System
• Assist sales team with operations and quotations
• Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight, such as permit application, shipment data,
billing and other operations.
• To achieve objectives by developing sales action & review
• Maintain and develop a customer base.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide assistance to meet their requirements, and follow-up in the sales lead.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any discipline.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin.
• At least 3 Years of sales experience in the Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding industry.
• Good negotiation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales focused with strong abilities to develop good customer relations.
